Thank you for shopping at A Unique Boutique by Jeanette.

We do NOT offer refunds on any online purchase. We strive to ensure you receive high quality clothing, accessories and customer service. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped to you as quickly as possible. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the day we ship your order. You will receive a tracking number from USPS once your items are shipped.

Returns

Due to the limited quantity and high quality of all our products, we do NOT offer refunds for any online purchase.

We encourage you to utilize the size charts to choose the size that fits you best.

We hope you love your items, but if there is an issue with your order, please notify us within two (2) days of receiving your purchase.

We are happy to offer a STORE CREDIT for items purchased from us within 14 days of the purchase date for damaged items or incorrect items that were delivered. Items must be received, in store, within the 14 day grace period to qualify for store credit.  

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless an error was made on our part.  

We are not able to cancel orders once they are placed. 

Please inspect all items upon arrival and email us Jeanette@auniqueboutiquebyjeanette.com if there is an issue with the order within two days of receiving.

Store credit expires 60 days from the date issued. 

In the event the item is missing the original tags, shows wear, damage, altered in any way, has odor of any kind, or is stained in any way, said item will not be accepted. 

Holiday, Seasonal and Sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for store credit. 

In some cases, an exchange may be approved by the owner, and these exchanges will incur a $25 re-stocking fee to be paid by the customer.

Items purchased with a store credit are a FINAL SALE. 

Please note that items selected for pick up in store will be held for the customer for 3 months. We do our best to reach out if an item isn't picked up in a timely manner, but are not always successful in making contact.  

Please allow 5-7 business days for store credits to process.
